Masters’ Scholarships for International Students

US CHANCELLORS’ INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

University of SUSSEX is offering 25 scholarships in the majority of SUSSEX schools.

The Chancellors international scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic performance and potential.

The scholarship is for one year.

Level of study for the scholarships:

The scholarships available are for the study of Master’s taught degree.

Scholarship amount

The award covers 50{5808e1736132a1fa864f6fc8b64688fbc0d5d9b8c9ab44aea1223eff99f9c2e7} off international students’ tuition fee

Eligibility

Applicants for the Chancellor’s international scholarship must meet the following requirements

  • Have applied for admission at University of SUSSEX
  • Have been offered a place to study for a full-time postgraduate taught degree at university of SUSSEX
  • Examples of eligible courses for the award are; MA, MSc, LLM, MRes, Postgraduate Diploma and Graduate Diploma
  • Intend to stay on the programme for which the scholarship is offered.
  • The Chancellor’s international scholarships are available for students paying the higher “overseas” rate of fees. In most cases EU students will not be eligible.
  • The scholarships are available to funded and self-financing students. Students who have another scholarship or funding can also apply for the Chancellor’s international scholarship.
How to apply for the Chancellors’ international scholarship

Application for the scholarship is through online.

Firstly, the candidates must apply to study through the University of Sussex online postgraduate application system.

Thereafter, when you have applied for your course you apply using an application form.

Closing date:

The closing date for receiving application forms is 1 may 2017

The University will not consider pplications received after the closing date.

 

The University of Sussex does not charge any application fee for the scholarships

UNIVERSITY OF OULU INTERNATIONAL MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME 2017-2018

Fully funded scholarships are available at the University of OULU. The University of OULU international master’s scholarship scheme offers scholarships to talented international students.

Scholarship benefits

The University of OULU will grant scholarships in the form of a tuition fee waiver. The tuition fee waiver awarded covers 100 {5808e1736132a1fa864f6fc8b64688fbc0d5d9b8c9ab44aea1223eff99f9c2e7} of the full tuition fee.

UNIVERSITY OF STERILING DOROTHY NICOL SCHOLARSHIPS

The Dorothy Nicol scholarship program was founded in 2002 by Professor Douglass Brodie. Brodie and his partners are supporters of Aspire to Africa Foundation

Eligibility for the Dorothy Nicol Scholarship

  • The scholarship is awarded based on the basis of merit and strength of personal statement
  • Applicants must be from sub-Sahara Africa
  •  Applicants must hold an offer of any full-time masters program offered by the management school for entry in 2017

Scholarship value

  • Total value of the scholarship is £14,600
